Sightings

The month of August I was apartment hunting. September I finally moved to a spanking new dig and didn't opt to have to live in a box. Wowie!

But that doesn't mean I haven't ran into my celebrity neighbors , either. lol Within the course of 2 months (aug-sept). I have seen at least 3 photoshoots of models... 2 film shootings... and I have met all the crews! Isn't that special? Unfortunately, I didn't asked what movie they were shooting but that's no biggie because by the time it's on the editing room the name of the movie would've been changed 100x over! Just like Will Smith's "The First Kiss", originally, that wasn't the title. *hint*hint*

Month of October...

Saw Annie Leibovitz pushing one of her daughers on a stroller on Hudson. She looks just as she does on the glossy. Tall, larger than life, amazing human being, an artist of artist. Funny I was just reading her Vanity Fair photoshoot with Cruise and Baby Suri Introduction days earlier. And was equally happy when I found out she did a photoshoot with Angelina Jolie! The other day I saw the editor Lynn "hard to miss her" Yaeger and I believe she was with Michael Musto crossing Lafayette St. I wonder why she wasn't at the Paris Shows ss07? Wonder why I WAS NOT at the Paris Shows ss07? :-(

The other day at around 5:30pm walking home on Hudson St. saw Famke Janssen crossing with her black (french bull) dog with book on hand on Spring and Hudson going towards West St over by Hudson River Walkway. So cute *ahem* the doggie, that is. And she's so stunning! Hasn't aged one bit. How funny the leash got caught around her as she was crossing... doing a simultaneous sashaying on the street in actuality trying to free herself of the leash. But boy! did she do it with ease and grace as if she was on the runway! -- Love you Famke! You've always been one my favorite Supermodel!

Walking on the Hudson Riverwalk on our way home, where contruction was being done we passed by a port-a-potty when all of the sudden this blonde chick sporting a rayban, tight blue jeans blasted out of it scaring the shit out of me and UKbabe. Incidentally she looked our direction caught off guard. Scared shitless too. We all got a laugh out of it. As it turned out they were doing a photoshoot of some sort. For a magazine, perhaps? I could imagine what the photographer catch. Probably some interesting facial expressions between us and his model. LMAO!
